The system that replaced a manager’s mental load.

Champion Motors ran their service center on paper — job tickets tucked under windshields, details scrawled on wheels, documents lost in the chaos. I designed two synchronized interfaces from scratch: one for the floor manager, one for the mechanic — each built around how they actually work. 100% paper to 100% digital.

When the data was all there. Nobody could find it.

80% of users didn't know what to ask about their pension. I stopped designing around data categories and started designing around the questions actually in people's heads — status first, context second, details on demand. Heavy subject, light interface.

Three mental models. One platform.

System admins, data engineers, business executives — three groups seeing the same infrastructure completely differently. No prior system, no benchmark. I defined the platform from scratch: architecture, visual language, and a unified interface that speaks all three languages at once.

One kit. Every wireframe, the same hand.

A studio full of UX designers, and every wireframe looked like it came from a different one. I initiated and built the Figma library the whole team now starts from: every component in every state, Hebrew and English side by side, grids, type, icons, and a checklist on every page.

Hi,
I'm Bar.

I'm a Product Designer who loves making complex things feel simple. I'm curious by nature, attentive to the little details, and drawn to aesthetics in almost everything.

I'm based in Ramat Gan, but a Haifa girl at heart. If I'm not in Israel, chances are I'm on a trip I planned down to the smallest detail, while still leaving room for a spontaneous adventure along the way.

The way to my heart? A good burekas and an iced coffee. I balance it out with Reformer Pilates and strength training.

There's one debate at home that will probably never be settled: my partner's 1987 Suzuki Samurai or my 2021 Suzuki Swift. I like to think they're simply built for different purposes.

And finally, I'm looking for a team that feels like family, where half-baked ideas are welcomed, collaboration comes naturally, and great things are built together. And if there's music playing in the office, there's a good chance I'll be the first one to start singing along.
